In order to maintain safe, comfortable environment for your pet, we do require all pets to be current on their vaccinations and to wait at least 48 hours after shots before checking in. Please provide us with a copy of your pet’s vaccination record.
Grooming can be stressful because of this every pet owner must advise SASI’S K9 SPAW LLC., about your pet health issues and complete the DOG GROOMING CONSENT FORM.

Ticks and fleas are small parasites that live off the blood of cats, dogs, humans and other mammals. Please do not wait, start now!! Ask your veterinarian about starting a preventative tick and flea treatment plan for your pets.
For your convenience, please allow Sassy to use tick and flea shampoo and apply tick and flea treatment for your dog if it needs.
